One on One with MARVIN

Wow! this is really nice! i can now see cartoon characters on my desktop because of marvin!!! it's really amazing! i have created only a powerpoint about graphs... actually i want to make all worldwide web graphs... but since time is limited i only made 4 graphs ( line, parabola, roses, and cardiod.)


My plan is to put this presentation in marvin... but i think it is not possible due to time constraints... I wish i could make one graphical presentation where cartoons are there moving around the graphs...

i think i can do it because ma jing gave a step-by-step instructions on how to do it...

but as of now... my project is incomplete...

thank you very much for the new knowledge and encouragement to use technology in our clssroom... More Power to all the people behind this magnificent project!

PHOTOSTORY DAY

It's movie day! There are lots of photos on the Internet that we sometimes missed or ignored... but today I and Madam Jenefer have created a photostory in Filipino which i enjoyed a lot because i have seen real -life pictures. The topic is about poverty and education of Filipino Youth. We used a poem to illustrate the idea of poverty and connect the poem to our present day situation... We got several photos of children who are happy and sad... children who are being opressed and deprived of wealth and education. It's so nice that we learn a lot from today's lecture... i wish to have more learning in the next few days... thanks to smart school because we become smarter now than before. In using this strategy in the classroom, i should have lots of pictures to be used in a story related to my everyday lessons...

Technology is indeed a real breakthrough... because of its significant applications in education! it's really inspiring to get in touch with your old and new friends through the internet.... the best ever worldwide communication...

Accept the truth that knowledge is not only on the mind, it is already in the worldwide web...

so let's take this first day of journey to the world of information technology activey and live with the comfort of technology for three days of training.

though, it's very tiring because we have lots of things to accomplish today... but it's fulfilling that we are given a chance to be in touch with the whole world.
